   Weaker Tones Push the Livestock Contracts Lower Tuesday

   The livestock complex ended Tuesday lower as traders didn't see enough
support arise to confidently push the contracts any higher.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

   The livestock complex ended Tuesday lower as traders simply didn't see
enough fundamental support to justify pushing the contracts any higher. Asking
prices are noted at $230 in Texas, but no cash cattle trade has developed yet.
December corn is down 1/4 cent per bushel and December soybean meal is down
$5.50. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 180.45 points and the NASDAQ is
down 41.52 points.
